Where CMEX.AI works
CMEX.AI works right in your browser — there is nothing to install. The site opens on both computer and phone: the interface automatically adapts to the screen size.
Supported browsers
We recommend the latest versions of popular browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Safari (including on iPhone and iPad)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
In older browser versions some features may not work correctly — if you run into a problem, first update your browser to the current version.
Mobile devices
On a smartphone it is enough to open the site in a browser — uploading a photo, the face-swap, and downloading clips work the same as on a computer.
There is no separate app to download — the site works in the browser of any device, both on computer and phone.
What you need for stable performance
- JavaScript enabled (on by default in all modern browsers);
- cookies allowed — they are needed to keep you signed in;
- a stable internet connection — for uploading photos and downloading finished clips.
If something does not work
If a page behaves oddly, refresh it, clear your browser cache, or try a different browser. If that does not help, write to support at support@cmex.ai and describe which device and browser the problem occurred on.
